Quality Management

Verified at every stage of production

Our quality management begins with incoming steel coil verification and continues through cutting tolerances, bending, welding, and powder coating. Each checkpoint is tied to measurable parameters so buyers can review how a cabinet is made, not just how it looks.

Specific tolerance values, coating thickness, and test methods are confirmed per product and order. Where a parameter has not yet been documented, it is marked pending and confirmed with you before production.

Production Checkpoints

Six stages of inspection

Each stage is reviewed before the next begins. Final process details are confirmed against actual shop-floor practice for your specific model.

Stage 01

Raw-material inspection

Incoming steel coil is checked for sheet thickness and surface condition before it enters cutting. Thickness records are confirmed per batch.

Stage 02

Processing

Stamping, cutting, and bending are checked against dimensional drawings, with W × D × H and mm tolerances confirmed for each product line.

Stage 03

Surface treatment

Powder coat adhesion and finish consistency are reviewed across cabinet panels. Coating thickness and rust-resistance test results are confirmed on request.

Stage 04

Assembly checks

Welded frames, drawer runners, locks, and shelving structures are tested for alignment and smooth operation during final assembly.
